Next Mission Solution LLC is a veteran-owned recruiting, workforce consulting, and government contracting support firm founded by Megan McClain, a veteran and human resources professional dedicated to helping organizations build strong teams while creating meaningful career opportunities for veterans and workforce returners.
Drawing on experience in government, public sector, and private industry human resources, Next Mission Solution was created to address two critical workforce challenges: helping employers find qualified talent and helping talented individuals successfully transition into their next chapter.
We are especially passionate about supporting veterans transitioning from military service and women returning to the workforce after career breaks. These professionals bring valuable leadership, resilience, adaptability, and real-world experience, yet often face barriers when re-entering the workforce. We believe organizations are stronger when they recognize and invest in this talent.
